Gurdip Mahal, Ross Williams and Rob Bradley won an RTS at the 2016 Royal Television Society Craft Awards in London. The award was for 'Lighting for Multicamera' for The Voice 2016 Series 5.

Al Gurdon, Peter Canning, Mike "Oz" Owen and Ross Williams won an Emmy at the 66th Television Academy's Creative Arts Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. The award was for 'Outstanding Lighting Design/Lighting Direction for a Variety Special' for Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games Opening Ceremony.
